ceno- +‎ -zoic,源自古希臘語 καινός (kainós, 新的) + ζωή (zōḗ, 生命)

發音[編輯]

在20世紀前僅有帶/k/的發音。帶/s/的發音在20世紀50年代前都被認為不正確[1],現在仍有一些使用者認為不正確。
