用法
本模板產生一個平均分佈的四欄表格，可用於替換{{der-top4}}/{{rel-top4}}、{{der-mid4}}/{{rel-mid4}}和{{der-bottom}}/{{rel-bottom}}模板。
參數
|1=（必填）- 詞語的語言代碼；見Wiktionary:语言列表。參數
|lang=已廢棄，僅爲兼容性而保留，請勿使用。如若使用該參數，則所有未命名參數的編號後移一位。 |2=、|3=……- 要插入到表格中的詞語。
|title=- 為表格添加標題。
|sort=- 用
|sort=0禁止内容自動排序。
