  1. (俗語略微貶義) 過於精打細算的人常指那些糾結於成本和利潤而無視其他東西或大局的人,廣泛略帶貶義,有時甚至詼諧地作accountant (會計)CEOCFO或其他管理財政決策等的政府、企業官員的近義詞
