此模板為alternative forms 創建定義行。

默認情況下，此模板將輸出顯示為首字母大寫。可以使用|nocap=1來覆蓋此設定（見下文）。

此模板不是用於詞源章節的。

請注意，使用者可以通過修改其自定義CSS文件來自定義此模板輸出的顯示方式。詳見「形式」模板。

用法

在定義行中使用，最常見的是如下所示：

參數

位置（未命名）參數：

|1= （必填）

連結到的詞的語言代碼（此頁面是an Alternative form of）。參見Wiktionary:List of languages。參數|lang=是已棄用的同義詞；請勿使用。如果使用了此參數，所有編號參數都會向下移動一位。

|2= （必填）

要連結到的詞（此頁面是an Alternative form of）。這應包括適合該語言的變音符號（例如俄語中標記重音的重音符號、阿拉伯語中的母音變音符號、拉丁語中指示母音長度的長音符號等）。這些變音符號將以語言特定的方式自動去除，以創建到頁面的連結。

|3= （選填）

要在連結到詞時顯示的文字。如果為空或省略，將使用第二個參數指定的詞。此參數通常不必要，不應僅用於標示變音符號；相反，應將變音符號放在第二個參數中。

命名參數：

|t=或|4= （選填）

連結到的詞的釋義或簡短翻譯。參數|gloss=是已棄用的同義詞；請勿使用。

|tr= （選填）

非拉丁文字詞的轉寫，如果與自動生成的不同。

|ts= （選填）

轉寫與實際發音明顯不同的非拉丁文字詞的音標。不應用於IPA發音。

|sc= （選填）

要使用的文字代碼，如果文字檢測不起作用。參見Wiktionary:Scripts。

|from=、|from2=、|from3=等 （選填）

標籤（參見{{label}}），提供有關該詞所屬方言、起源地或類似信息的額外信息。

|nocap= （選填）

如果|nocap=1，則首字母將為小寫。

|id= （選填）

詞的義項標識，連結到由{{senseid}}模板設定的頁面錨點。
