用法说明[编辑]

  • 现代的一般用法中,指的是奇怪但是仍属自然范畴内的现象,比如“preternatural talent”。而在宗教或玄学用法中,和supernatural类似,指“超自然的”,但相较于supernatural较为低级 – 其能作它的同义词,下义词或同类词。比如在天主教神学中preternatural用来形容天使一类生物,而supernatural只用来形容神。
